- Regular Sodas
- Sugar/Honey in coffee
- Sport Drinks & Energy Drinks
- Tic Tacs, Altoids, TUMS (look for sugarless)
- Candy, Taffy (substitute sugarless candy and gum)
- Use Truvia or Stevia for sweeteners
- Look for Xylitol when available, as it inhibits bacterial growth.
