Avoid Sugar!

  • Sweet Tea
  • Regular Sodas
  • Sugar/Honey in coffee
  • Sport Drinks & Energy Drinks
  • Tic Tacs, Altoids, TUMS (look for sugarless)
  • Candy, Taffy (substitute sugarless candy and gum)
  • Use Truvia or Stevia for sweeteners
  • Look for Xylitol when available, as it inhibits bacterial growth.
